the hotel was located so close to the beach and other restaurants and zipolite. the room was airy, there were climate control, flat-screen television and a safe. the staff were all super friendly and provided outstanding service.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bar served excellent meals and drinks. The beach was inviting and perfect for activities like walking, running, and yoga. Chaise lounges on the beach provided convenience. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the small town.

The beautiful decor and great location of the hotel were a key highlight of my stay. Being right on the beach allowed for easy access to other hotels and restaurants, providing plenty of variety. The staff, particularly our waiter Enrique, were friendly and provided outstanding service. It was also impressive that some of the staff went above and beyond to ensure the beach lounge chairs were comfortable for guests.
The pool was quite cold and had missing tiles, which took away from the overall experience. the music from the neighboring hotel was loud and reverberated throughout the hotel, making it difficult to have a quiet stay.

We had a magical stay at a beautiful hotel in Zipolite. The modern rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. The location right in front of the beach was amazing. The ambience was relaxing and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the beach and just a short walk into town. It was convenient for exploring the area and trying out different restaurants. the fact that the hotel provided fresh beach towels was a nice touch. the ambience of the hotel was relaxing and the music played throughout the day added to the overall atmosphere.
I had booked an upgraded room with an ocean view, but I was not informed that the hotel would be hosting loud parties that went on until the early hours of the morning.
